Stuart White
President and CEO
President and CEO Stuart White started Realtracs more than 20 years ago and has grown it into the largest MLS in the state of Tennessee. Stuart ensures Realtracs supports and enhances a strong and cooperative real estate marketplace for brokers, buyers and sellers. He deeply believes that using a Realtor to buy and sell a home is the key to maximizing property value, and he is committed to providing topnotch service to Realtors. “Realtors are an incredibly important aspect of the life-changing decision of buying or selling a home. They care about their clients, they’re constantly working and intense in their needs, and they expect great service. It is my mission to deliver it to them.” Stuart thinks personal relationships with customers and a commitment to their success set Realtracs apart. Originally from Cadiz, Ky., Stuart graduated from Texas A&M University (Gig ’em, Aggies!). Both in the office and outside of it, Stuart’s focus is on giving back to the community. “If we’re not helping our neighbors, what’s the point?”

Chief Operating Officer
Mark Hill serves as the chief operating officer for Realtracs. His role includes all business operations, development and compliance, as well as data licensing and strategic planning. Mark’s interest in technology and real estate, as well as the team and company culture, is what he loves about coming to work every day. “There is not a team of individuals anywhere in the MLS industry who are this good. Remember, it’s not bragging if it’s true.” His favorite piece of advice is from a saying often attributed to Thomas Edison: “Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.” Outside of work, you can find him officiating high school football. Machu Picchu is top on his list of places to travel. “C’mon, how often can you walk in a 13th-century Incan village in Peru?” Born and raised in the Nashville area, Mark graduated from Middle Tennessee State University and holds an MBA degree from Ole Miss (Hotty Toddy!). He has also earned the CMLX2 designation.

The moon. “Why would I limit myself to Earth?” Outside of Realtracs, you can find Doug going for a run, working on home improvement projects or riding roller coasters. A tip she gives homebuyers is to know the difference between their wants and needs. “Compromise is sometimes the home-buying tool that shortens the amount of time between beginning the home search and turning your new house into your new home.” Julie grew up in Elba, Ala., and graduated from the University of Alabama (Roll, Tide!); but she has called Tennessee home for 21 years now. When she is not in the office, you can find her staying active, reading, writing, podcast-binging, attending Cross Point’s Franklin Campus and spending time with the women at Healing Housing. Although Sheka was born and raised in Nashville, she graduated from Bryan College and has lived in both California and Chattanooga.
Sheka’s best advice when it comes to buying or selling a house is to hire a Realtor with full MLS access. This helps you see everything available to you, and it grants you access to resources to locate properties that are not listed but are in your desired area. In her free time, you can find Sheka indulging in self-care or enjoying a delicious salad.
Casey Phillips
Customer Support Manager
Casey Phillips
Customer Support Manager
Casey Phillips’ job title with Realtracs is customer support manager, and that title fits perfectly. Casey supports the entire operation, or as he puts it, “Throughout the day, you can find me helping people navigate and operate the various features of Realtracs, testing new features, responding to questions, and helping in-house with desktop support.” Casey thrives on creativity, and utilizes his problem-solving skills to tackle problems. He comes into work with a can-do attitude, which Casey attributes to the culture of Realtracs: “I don’t think I’ve ever worked at a business where the culture was so healthy that it made it a joy to come to work and want to problem-solve.” He is a Renaissance man through and through, and when he isn’t problem-solving for the Realtracs team, he can be found painting, drawing, doing photography or drama, writing, acting, and practicing martial arts. This Southern Nazarene University grad says Scotland is at the top of his list of places to travel. You might catch him sightseeing with a fruit smoothie in hand.

Originally from Cookeville, Tenn., Starfox (also known as Fox) is known for greeting guests, being a good boy in the office and eating all the snacks. He attended the Nashville Dog Training Club and has lived in Nashville for the past four years. Fox’s best advice for prospective home buyers is to always make sure there is a dog park nearby!
Fox loves spending all of his time chasing squirrels, going on long walks and looking out the window. He was recently awarded the Best Boy award by his mom, Sharon. If you catch Fox off guard, you can probably guess he’s dreaming about chicken nuggets or dreaming about having dinner with Toto from “The Wizard of Oz.”
