“Coming Soon” listings can now be shared publicly. This change means, instead of only sharing Coming Soon listings with Realtracs users, you will be able to share those listings with the public.
How do I manage how a Coming Soon listing is shared?
When you enter a listing into the Realtracs system with a status of Coming Soon, that listing will now be disseminated via the internet (if you choose Yes to “Market Publicly” in the Marketing section of Listings Manager). If you do not want to market a Coming Soon listing outside of the MLS, select No.
How does this affect Auto Notify?
Coming Soon listings may also be included in all Auto Notify searches, even those shared with clients. Existing notifications must be modified to include Coming Soon.
What if I don’t want to market the listing outside of Realtracs?
In Listing Management, select the listing you don’t want to be shared by clicking the Edit Listing button on the right. Select Marketing from the menu and then select “No” under “Market Publicly”. That setting can be changed at any time.
While a “No” listing will not be shared via the internet, Realtracs users will still be able to view your listing, share your listing with their clients manually, and share it via Auto Notify. However, consumers will not be able to discover that listing on realtracs.com or any other real estate website.
