RealtracsONE is a unified search tool that consolidates MLS listing search and reporting into a single location for the MLS to which an end-user belongs (i.e., has an active membership or subscription). It allows a real estate professional to see all their data in ONE place.
Brokers and agents who have a membership or subscription with Realtracs and another eligible MLS.
To register for RealtracsONE, a customer visits their Data Access settings page in Realtracs to request access. By submitting a request, the customer agrees that an active, paid membership with the requested MLS is in place and that their first name, last name, and agent license number are up to date in both Realtracs and the requested MLS.
Once requested, Realtracs then verifies there is an active membership with the MLS(s). If active and valid, Realtracs requests a participant data access (PDAP) and broker back office (BBO) license on the broker and/or agent’s behalf (when and where applicable).
